My newest acquisition, Aigle Riding Boots M. I bought them on 6pm.com during a sale couple weeks ago. They are very comfortable and have a good supporting sole. They are rubber but have a leather like look. Currently I am wearing them so I can tell you everything about them. They are made in France. They have a very snug fit. I guess it is because they are designed for European, not American. I have normal or slimmer calves but I can only wear them with super skinny jeans or tights. I can’t wear them with regular or slim jeans. I guess this is because they have different fits, M, L, XL and XXL. I assume that XXL is for people with bigger calves and longer legs. As far as the sizing, I usually wear size US 9 and I ordered 8.5. They fit fine. They don’t have a strong rubber smell due to they are highly handcrafted. They are 100% waterproof so they are great for Seattle rainy weather. I have been wearing them for a couple hours, and they are really comfortable so far. I actually like the tight feeling so I can feel the boots is hugging my calves. Great for walking and playing in the rain. It is a good buy if you are looking for a pair of riding boots to play around with, or at a much lower price than buying a pair leather made riding boots.
I am a guy and I just bought a pair of AMAZING Dr.Martens 20 holes 1B60 boots in women’s size from endless.com. I cannot understand why they call this a pair of women’ boots since they are identical to the Dr. Marten’s Unisex Original 20 Eye Boots (in Men’s size), but with side zippers and taller with a wider shaft. I love the side zippers because I don’t like lacing and unlacing them every single time I wear them. It takes less than a minute to put them on or off, not spending 10 minutes lacing or unlacing the 80 holes. I bought the smooth leather option, they are stiffer leather but can cast your leg firmly. They also have an option with softer Buttero leather. I really like these pair of boots and I have been wearing them at home to break them in for the past 24 hours. They are really comfortable. They basically look identical to the unisex model, I bet no one can tell if you are wearing a pair of women’s boots. Even if they know, maybe they are into boots too. For sizing, I have a pair of the unisex 20 holes boots in men’s size 9 and you just go up 2 sizes in women’s size (11). I bought them over endless.com because they have free return service in case they don’t fit you. So I did not mind pay a little extra in case I needed to return them due to wrong sizes. I think for this price is cheap! They have high quality leather, the zippers work great! They are very high quality boots even though there were MADE IN CHINA. I want to wear these EVERY DAY.
It was really nice day! So I decided go to a local park and wearing my smokin’ hot knee high rubber riding boots with my pants under them. I wore them for 3 hours directly under the sun, and I slept awhile in them. After I pulled them off and I put my hands into the shaft, I could feel the heat Continue reading “My first pair of new rubber riding boots”→

I ordered a pair of thigh high boots from shoebuy.com in March. I did not really plan to keep them and was thinking about send them back after a month or two since it is free return shipping. I did not really want to keep them because they are low quality boots from my point of view and I don’t think I will wear them much. They are made of pig leather, clean simple design. With low heels and cheap soles and poor construction for comfort. Well, I guess the reason is because it is made for costume use. So I sent it back to them via ups. I was simply stick the return shipping label over the old shipping label. It did ship to shoebuy office and it showed up on the tracker online. However, there was an exception and they had to track the boots down. I was worrying about they won’t pay me back. Continue reading “Got a free pair of boots!”→
