Downtown Seattle Bootsighting

I was driving in downtown and I spotted this guy wearing a pair of superman/pirates costume boots. From looking closer, they are Funtasma Gotham-100 Boots. Continue reading “Downtown Seattle Bootsighting”

Guest Post: Men in Thigh high boots in Public

I received this email couple days ago, and I really want to share this. I am so glad that I created this blog years ago, so people who have the same interests can relate to my personal experience. I am thrilled to hear that my blog gave you courage to order your new thigh high boots and going to wear them in public.

I really don’t think men in tall boots in public cause any conflict or problem. I have been wearing tall boots in public and people DO stare at them all the time especially guys, but they won’t make any comments nor treat you in a different way. I actually have a personal pride when guys will stare at them, and I like the feeling of my footwear stand from the crowds.

Keep your boots on and be proud of them!

I came across your blog. like you I really love high boots.

Already for a very long time as as man I had the deep wish to start to wear real traditional overknee boots. In fact since my youth I have this desire, because I regarded high pirateboots than as very exciting. Till yet I only didn’t trust myself, to wear such very masculine boots in reality, as overknee boots seemed to be reserved for women. My highest boots until yet were cowboyboots, and only since a year I dare to wear those uncovered (so with my jeans put inside). To change from those half-high boots, only running up to my calfs, to real high boots is a big step than, as you will understand, as these are really an eyecatcher.

But several posts and blogs on the internet have encouraged me finally to take this step indeed. I have just ordered my first pair to be made by Jean Gabrit Boots for Guys in Paris. They will be even already be of the showily pirate-type, thus not only overknee, but with turned upside-down cuffs and four straps with very big silver buckles at the sides. As a startmodell we did chose the boots in the attached pic, so only higher and with a double amount of buckles. Soon as a man I will wear real high boots too!

I am very looking forward to receive them. I would like very much to wear my piratestyle overknee boots from the beginning as a standard everyday, and I hope I will indeed find the courage to wear them in public immediately. I hope reactions will be positive. I am interested in the experiences in this respect of those men who already dared to do so. If one indeed has found the courage to wear high boots in public, I suppose this to be very exciting.

First boots conversation with a motorcycle cop

IMG_0004Today I suddenly had a feeling I want to go to McDonald’s for brunch.  I was thinking just grab and go via drive thru. But then I saw a nice Harley Davidson motorcycle with “Police” on it. I parked right next to it. And I ran inside as fast as possible and I spotted there is a motorcycle cop with his tall cop boots on sitting alone at a corner. It is really rare to see motorcycle cops in Seattle and especially they have their boots on. So I went right to my car to grab my stuffs so I could pretend I was studying while checking out his boots. This is my lucky day I thought. Good thing I had my Dr.martens 20 holes boots with me. I was thinking this would be the first time I am wearing a pair of knee high boots with a booted cop. Continue reading “First boots conversation with a motorcycle cop”

A rubber boots guy Encounter

Tonight was probably the craziest encounter in my life. I was working alone in the library and suddenly I saw a white guy in grey sweatshirt wearing a pair of black knee-high rubber boots and studying. My heart was beating so fast and I obviously had a big turn on in my pants.  His boots looked like those rubber boots that workers in Supermarket would wear. He has dark brown hair, half bald hair. He seemed like in his late-20 years old. He was really serious on his paper. I really wanted to say “Nice boots” to him and just get down and take some photos of his boots. His boots were awesome, I really liked the brown heel. They were really basic boots and wore by him. I had my lace up boots on my feet. We were the only people in the library and who were wearing boots. I had a few times that really to talk to him. My heart just felt like going to expose. I really wanted to talk to him, and I started to imagine what would happen. Would he let me take off his boots? Would he want to be friend with me? Is he nice? Is he going to talk to me? I don’t know. All I could think off was the sweat inside rubber boots and the aroma of his feet with rubber. I really wanted to touch them, feel them, and take them off from him. I had a huge bulge in my pants already. He went up to the bathroom and walked back, his boots are so hot. I know I have to talk to him, and I could not focus on my study. Wearing my knee high engineer boots at a park

It was nice today and so I wore my knee high engineer boots to a local park. I was walking in them tucked in my grey slim fit jeans with my confident. There were lots of people passing by me but I did not care. I just have a feeling that I can wear whatever I wants and I was enjoying the moment. I just love to wear my Chippewa Engineer boots everywhere now. Here are the closeups of my boots. They are JUST DAMN comfortable. Thank for a bootman in Seattle so I can wear them.

Crossing my legs!
